Refund and Returns Policy

Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At Aussie Riders, we want all our customers to be thrilled with their purchases. If you discover that an item is faulty or not as described, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to rectifying any issues promptly.

Returning an Item

When returning an item, please provide the following relevant information:

  • Your name

  • Date of purchase

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Include photos or a video documenting the problem.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned parcel, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, we will process the refund on the purchase price (exclusive of the original shipping cost). Alternatively, if you prefer, we can ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. However, please note that the shipping of the returned item must be organized and paid for by you.

Refund Timeline

When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to clear in your account.

Return Conditions

  • All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, with no damage or wear.

  • Properly package the returned goods to ensure no damage occurs during transit. Remember, all items are your responsibility until they are received by us.

Parts and Accessories Fitted to Bikes

Under no circumstances will we refund or replace a part or accessory that has been fitted to a bike. We provide these parts with the expectation that you will test them for workability before attaching, cutting, or altering them. We cannot be held accountable for items fitted by you or a qualified person that are subsequently found not to be working.

 

Change of Mind Returns

While we do not offer refunds for change of mind returns, we may choose to offer an exchange. Please make your purchase decisions carefully, and don't hesitate to contact us if you're unsure before maki

Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be communicated and confirmed prior to returning.
